Greg Murphy Racing Australia Pty Ltd (GMR) was established in 1997 and for the past eleven years has specialized in the preparation and race management of vehicles.

 

From 1997 until 2002 GMR contested in Australia’s premier open wheel class, Formula 4000.  Winning the 2001 and 2002 CAMS Sliver Star Championship and also taken out seven race wins and finishing with a pair of thirds and fourth in the coveted CAMS Gold Star Championship. GMR drivers included:

In 2003 GMR moved into the new national support category for the V8 Supercars – The Carrera Cup Series. Since then GMR has enjoyed 2 Championship wins with Alex Davison in 2004 and Fabian Coulthard in 2005.  GMR continues to run cars in this category today.  GMR drivers include:
